Preferred Builders is a general contracting business that has been serving Lake Almanor, California exclusively for over 30 years! Established in 1992 by Jay M. Williams, we have a great professional relationship with all of our subcontractors. We specialize in construction in the Lake Almanor area, and have a wide range of expertise. We offer a variety of services, from kitchen and bathroom remodel to whole house remodel and new construction. We've remodeled multi-million dollar homes, and take pride in our work, paying excellent attention to detail. We build custom homes that are tailored to your needs, and offer home rennovation services.
